Welcome to Club Volleyball!

Try-out dates for the 2009 Club season will be held on November 15 and 22, 2008 at the Paducah Regional Sports Plex from 9 AM to 1 PM.  Ages 11-14 will try out from 9-10 :45 AM and ages 15-18 will try out from 11 :15 AM to 1.

Two types of teams will be formed for the up-coming season.   Non-travel teams will practice one day per week at the Sports Plex and play in the two tournaments that will be hosted by WKVC at the Sports Plex on March 28 and April 25, 2009.  Travel teams will practice two days per week at the Sports Plex and play in five tournaments, including  the two tournaments that will be hosted by WKVC at the Sports Plex on March 28 and April 25, 2009 and three out-of-town tournaments to be determined later.

WKVC fees will be $290 per player for the non-traveling teams and $490 per player for the traveling teams.  A $100 try-out fee will be collected on the try-outs and credited to the club fee for those players that make a team.  For those players not placed on a team, $50 will be returned.

To participate in the try-outs for the upcoming season, you must register online at www.pioneervb.com by November 8, 2009.  At the top of the page, select “Junior “under the blue Registration tab.  Complete all requested information and be sure to select “West Kentucky Volleyball Club” as your club.  The finished application will tell you that $40 is due for registration.  This fee will be paid by WKVC if you are selected for a team.  A completed Player Medical Release Form, Player Information Sheet, Membership Agreement,, and a copy of your birth certificate are required at try-outs, along with the $100 fee.
